Cut the tail of the bell pepper and empty it, wash and dry it before rubbing it with oil and salt and put it in the airfryer for about 7 minutes face up, then turn it over to release the water and put it in for another 7 minutes or until it is done.

I had the lentils already made, which I froze in tuppers (lentils with vegetables). In a frying pan add a dash of oil and add the chopped onion, let it poach lightly, add the minced meat and without letting it cook, just to seal it, add the lentils, pepper and a little salt.
