Dice the tofu and marinate it (recommended overnight or one hour, it can be done directly) with: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of pepper.

Coat the tofu with rice flour, and put it in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes while you prepare the sauce.

Add the following ingredients to a pan with a little oil: green bell pepper, red bell pepper, chili, grated garlic and ginger and onion. Stir-fry them a little, and add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey and the juice of a lime.

When the tofu is golden brown, add it to the pan and mix it all together.

Serve with rice, topped with sesame and fresh coriander (if desired).
