Cut the potatoes and sauté them in a frying pan over medium heat with the garlic and a tablespoon of oil.

Place the fish loins on top of the potato bed in the pan and pour a glass of water or enough to cover the potato bed and a little of the fish.

Turn up the heat to boil and cook both the potato and the fish. In about 20 minutes (it depends a little on the fish) it will be ready, we will check it when the potato is easy to split. And ready!
