In a bowl, whisk together the ground oats, whey protein powder and baking powder.

In another bowl, mash a banana.

Add a chicken egg to the bowl of mashed banana and mix well.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Grease a cake pan with cooking spray and pour in the batter.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. In air fryer at 180 degrees 10 minutes.
