Once we have it chopped, we put it covered 4 minutes in the microwave, at maximum power. When it is finished, leave it in the microwave for 4 more minutes. Let it cool.

Drain the cauliflower with a rolling pin. The less water it has, the crispier it will be.

Mix the drained cauliflower with the rest of the ingredients and homogenize the dough.

Stretch on baking paper in the desired shape and bake in the oven for 9 minutes at 170 degrees (the base alone).
