Preparación de la receta

1

Here are the ingredients so you know which one goes with which part: Base 50 gr medjool dates. 30 gr of whole oat flakes. 30 gr of pecan nuts. Filling 4 apples. 150 gr cream cheese. 100 gr applesauce. 1 egg size L. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Topping 100 gr medjool dates. 70 ml milk. 50 gr of diced apple. 2 gr Ceylan cinnamon powder.

2

Soak the dates for the base and the topping in hot water for 5 minutes.

3

Add the healthy caramel to taste

4

I had some filling left over and baked it in a jar, as you can see in the photos,

5

On top of the apples I have put a topping based on healthy caramel. I have done it in a couple, because I always have date syrup in my fridge, it is one of my basics since I sweeten all my pastries with them, but you should know that it is not mandatory, although I must admit that it is the perfect complement. The stuffed apples by themselves have about 215 Kcal unit .... The same apples with the topping on top have 310 Kcal... There I leave it

7

Preheat the oven to 175°C with heat up and down.

8

For the filling, cut off the top of the apples and hollow out the inside to mash and puree it.

9

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, applesauce, egg and vanilla extract.

10

For the base, grind the dates together with the pecans and the oat flakes until a sticky mixture is obtained.

11

Add the base inside the apples, compact with your fingers and then pour the filling inside, leaving 1 cm without filling.

12

Bake for 40 minutes at 175°C or until done.

13

For the topping, grind the dates together with the milk and cinnamon until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add the diced apple and distribute the mixture.

14

Take the apples out of the oven and let them cool down
