Preheat the oven to 180° heat up and down. Crush the dates with a little water. Add the beans, a few drops of vanilla essence, the peanut butter, the coconut oil and the dash of vegetable drink.

Once everything is crushed, add the flour, cocoa and cinnamon. The dough will be dense and a little sticky, but it is very easy to shape if you wet your fingers a little.

Shape the cookies on the tray or oven rack and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200°, depending on the oven. Let cool before eating.
