We cook the rice, and while it is cooking we take advantage and cut the veal fillets (I have used babilla fillet which is very soft) into small strips, the onion (large) into small squares and the mushrooms into strips.

We take a pan and chop a garlic and put a little butter (half a teaspoon, to taste) and add the rice and sauté it. Add a pinch of pepper and a little garlic powder. ‼️Estos ingredients are to taste

Then we take another frying pan and add the veal and salt and pepper and leave it until it is done and then remove it to add it later.

Put the onion in the pan and let it poach. TIP‼️. Once poached, I added a splash of brandy and let it evaporate. Then add the mushrooms and sauté a little.

Once sautéed, add the brick of cream (over medium-low heat), stir and add the meat, a dash of soy sauce (optional, but it gives a great touch 👌🏻) and a little pepper.

After about 5 minutes over low heat set aside!🙌🏻 and put a little of the sautéed rice we made before and the veal and eat!🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋😋😋
