Chop the vegetables and sauté them in the frying pan greased with oil. Add salt and spices to taste and set aside.

While we make the omelet with the egg whites, we prepare the nori seaweed on a wooden board and kitchen film to help us roll the seaweed.

Once the omelet is ready, place it on the seaweed, sprinkle a little grated cheese and place the vegetables, roll it all up and wait for it to cool a little. Then cut it and enjoy with a little soy sauce!
