First cut the vegetables into strips and, in the meantime, take the shrimp and garlic out of the freezer.

We put in a frying pan a drizzle of olive oil with the garlic (over medium heat) and sauté the vegetables. Generally, first the onion, the carrot and the bell pepper as they take longer to cook.

Heat the water for the noodles and when the vegetables are soft, add the zucchini and mushrooms.

Add the shrimp when we see that the vegetables are almost done and add the spices and a small splash of soy sauce.

Cook the noodles and remove the vegetables and shrimp from the heat.

Once the noodles are cooked, we drain them and in the pot or in the pan, if it is big enough, we mix everything. Add soy sauce to taste.
