Mash the broccoli until it has the consistency of rice. Remove the water.

Mix the broccoli and oat flour with the egg until a dough is formed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place the dough in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from the oven and place the toppings (in my case peeled tomato sauce, feta cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and turkey ham) and place the pizza in the oven again for 15 minutes.
