Cut the meat into pieces and make the meat by adding salt to the meat, take out a pan, fill it with oil (enough to cover the floor of the pot) and cook it over medium high heat. When the meat is browned, crush garlic, red and green bell pepper, and onion, add it to the meat, fry it and add a glass of white wine. The wine will be 3 or 4 minutes over medium high heat. Then add two crushed tomatoes. After heating it, add (2 units) saffron threads and turmeric natural coloring (less than a finger). While you stir it, heat another pot of water (put enough water) when the water is hot, add all the meat to the pot, add a handful of salt and close it, leave it for 30 minutes since we put the weight and it starts to turn. After 30 minutes we open the pot and add the rice. 5 minutes more at medium high heat (7) with the weight on and it is ready.
