First we roast the apple, in my case with 3-4 minutes in the steam case in the microwave.

In the case mix the oatmeal, egg, baked apple, cinnamon, a little yeast, a teaspoon of cocoa and decorate with nuts, raisins or other dried fruit. If you want you can also add a crushed date, or another sweetener. You can see that I have made the quantities a little by eye because it was to take advantage of the leftovers. I had porridge oats hydrated in water that I had left when making homemade oat milk, but I suppose that if they are not hydrated it will be similar. I encourage you to also try to make oat milk at home, it is very fast.
