Cut the chicken into squares and cook in the pan. On the other side, cook the broccoli (quantity to taste). Make the rice.

For the sauce, mix the 4 tablespoons of soy, 1 and a half tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of apple or balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and the 2 cloves of minced garlic.

Once the chicken is done, add the sauce to the pan and stir to make it stick (similar to a glaze).

Remove from the heat and add the rice, broccoli and chicken in a bowl. As a final touch, add the sesame seeds on top of the chicken.
