Chickpea, spinach and sweet potato soup in thermomix

Add garlic, onion, leek, bell pepper. Chop 7 sec, speed 5

Add oil and sauté 12min, temp 120, speed 1.

Add the spices (1 teaspoon of paprika and a pinch of pepper and salt), the water, the spinach and program 5 minutes, speed 1, turn left, 120°.

Cut the sweet potato into small cubes. Change the lid and place in the Varoma dish with the eggs wrapped in film (in the center for better cooking) and with the chickpeas around them in the tray.

Program 15 minutes at 120 degrees, speed 1, turn left.

Taste, correct the salt and if it is ok, pour the contents and the chickpeas in a bowl and mix them slowly. Peel the egg and put it as an accompaniment.
