Empty the jar of beans in a colander and wash them well. Leave them for a while so that they release the water; transfer them to a bowl and mash them with a fork (to make an arm! 💪🏼).

Wash, peel and cut the vegetables to taste (I always use the ones I have at home, this time: leek, carrot, red and green peppers). Cook in a frying pan with EVOO.

Mix both (mashed beans + vegetables). Add spices to taste (I always use: salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika and parsley). Add 3-4 tablespoons of oat flour (⚠️a sometimes I have also used oat flakes and I almost like it better).

Form into balls and crush.

COOKING: 1. If you want to cook them in a frying pan, I advise you to put them in the freezer beforehand, so that they get consistency, otherwise they will fall apart. 2. ⚠️Mi best option: OVEN. As soon as they are done, put them on parchment paper (if you want to spread a little EVOO in case they stick) and put them in the oven (180° 10-15 minutes on each side, keeping an eye on them! -and leaving them more if you want them more toasted-).

CONSERVATION. I always take advantage and make them in large quantities; I separate them with vegetable paper, put them in tuppers and freeze them for another time.
