Peel the apple, put it in a bowl with cinnamon and microwave for 1 minute.

Once the baked apple is ready, add it to the blender with the ground almonds, the peanut powder, the egg, the cinnamon, the vanilla essence and the glass of chocolate soy beverage.

We beat everything until it is well integrated and without any pieces of anything.

Once well beaten, pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl. We put it in for two/two and a half minutes (we keep an eye on it) and when we see that it is consistent and you move the bowl and there is no liquid, we put it on a plate (you can also eat it directly from the bowl).

To decorate you can put any topping, in this case I added some vanilla essence and cinnamon.
