Preparación de la receta

For the base crush the pitted dates previously moistened (20 minutes) mix it with the oatmeal and coconut oil🥥. When it becomes a paste place it in the base of the mold and put it in the freezer (while you do the rest).

For the mousse, melt the chocolate🍫 then add the coconut milk🥥 and the gelatin that we have prepared with a finger of water, mix everything well with the sticks so that there are no lumps.

Remove the mold from the freezer and add the chocolate mixture and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours. Then take it out and decorate with the red fruits (optional) and chocolate slices.
