Cut the broccoli and keep the stems (in my case I kept them as I was using the broccoli for other recipes).

Cut some onion and brown it in a little oil in a saucepan.

When browned, add the broccoli florets and carrots and sauté for a few minutes.

Add one cup of water, cover and let it cook.

We check how soft the vegetables are and add more water if necessary.

Once the vegetables are soft, remove them from the heat and grind them.

Add a little milk until the desired texture is achieved while grinding.

It is time to add salt, nutmeg and parsley (or whatever you like).

In my case I added an egg and put it back on the fire and kept stirring until it was done but it is optional.

We accompany it with a little fresh cheese on top and enjoy!!!!
