Slice the beef very thinly and marinate it with soy, ginger and chili flakes (or any spice that stings).

Cut all the vegetables into julienne strips and add them to the pan.the pan must be over high heat and you can't stop stirring the vegetables, otherwise they will burn.

Finally add the veal and turn off the heat. As it is thinly sliced, it is done with the residual heat of the pan. Keep moving the pan so that it does not burn. Add sesame seeds on top and ready to eat !
