Wash and chop the vegetables and tofu. Mix the soy sauce with the peanut butter and hot sauce.

Heat a wok or large frying pan greased with oil, grill the eggs and set aside. In the same wok add a little more oil, the vegetables and the tofu. Sauté for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired doneness. In the last minutes add the sauce and integrate.

Serve in a large bowl with the eggs on top.
