1- Soak the texturized soybeans in hot water for 10 minutes. 2- In the meantime, boil the spaghetti according to the package directions. 3- Cut the bell pepper and the onion very small and fry for 10 minutes with extra virgin olive oil. Then add the drained soybeans, previously spiced with garlic powder and paprika, and leave for 5 more minutes. Finally add the crushed tomato and let it reduce. 4- Serve with the spaghetti. Enjoy!
