Bring 2 pots of water to a boil with a little salt and when it comes to a boil, cook the basmati rice and the edamame, separately, according to package directions.

While the rice and edamame are cooking, put 1 tablespoon of EVOO in a frying pan and cook the meat.

When the edamame are cooked, cool them to peel them.

We put the rice with the meat, the edamame and the corn (mine frozen) on top.
