Crush the cookies (0% sugar) in a food processor. Add the oil and a little water to make a mixture that can be compacted. Then spread the mixture in a mold (preferably silicone, which can be opened on the sides), buttered beforehand so that it does not stick (this is only necessary if it is not silicone). If there is enough mixture, you can cover the sides, if not, only the base. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes so that it compacts a little more.

Add all the rest of the ingredients to the mixer/chopper. When the mixture is ready, pour it into the mold that has the cookies compacted on the base.
