The day before we cook the potatoes 🥔( I used purple 💜) with the skin on and when they cool we keep them in the fridge until the next day to be prebiotic . Of these 4 I used only 2.

The next day we peel and cut them into small pieces and add the teaspoon of vinegar.

Steam the green beans until al dente and the broccoli.

In a plate we put a ring to plate and we put the potatoes as a base. On top the tuna in olive oil well drained.

Squeeze it well with a spoon and put the green beans on top.

Then the corn, on top of the cherries, the bell bell pepper and the steamed broccoli.

Leave it in the ring for about 20 minutes so that it takes consistency. In the last minutes we put the salad with the other ingredients around and spices to taste.

Carefully remove the mold and enjoy, it's delicious! 😍😍😍
