Put a dash of oil in a frying pan and while it heats up, cut the garlic and onion into cubes, quite small.

Put the garlic in the pan and the onion next.

Once the onion is soft and transparent, add the sauce to the pan and stir.

Add a dash of red wine and oregano to the sauce and let it rest for about 10 minutes to boil and evaporate the wine 🍷.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan we fry the eggs and if we feel like it we also fry a banana, cut in longitudinal slices ( it gives it a very rich touch!) 🍌.
