We put 3 eggs to boil and the quinoa with rice.

Empty the tomatoes

Cut the tomato, lettuce, quinoa + rice and mix it with the tuna.

We make the mayonnaise fit. We need 1 whole boiled egg, 2 boiled egg whites. Juice of 1/2 lemon, a little water (it depends if we want it thicker or less) and 50-75ml of EVOO, salt to taste. We beat it with the mixer until obtaining a homogeneous paste.

Mix the fit mayonnaise with the ingredients and fill the tomatoes. And ready!
