⚠️Congelar the tuna previously (3-5 days). Cut a tuna loin slice of medium size and put it in a narrow and tall container.

Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar and ginger powder.

Add the mixture to the tuna and let it rest for 1 hour. ⚠️ If you do not cover the whole tuna loin with the mixture, turn it over after half an hour. 〽️ I let it rest for about two hours but one hour would be enough.

When it is time to cook it, first coat the tuna loin with toasted sesame seeds. Then in a frying pan over high heat, sear the tuna about 15-20" on each side.

Cut into small pieces and place on a bed of wakame seaweed (this time I used lettuce because I did not have Wakame).
