Texturized soy and quinoa protein bars

Hydrate the texturized soy by boiling it in the milk. Wash with water and drain.

Wash the quinoa until the water runs clear. Toast in the pan.

Blend the textured soy, the peanut butter (reserving a tablespoon for the topping), a sweetener of your choice and the peanut powder.

We flatten this dough in a mold to which we will put a vegetable paper underneath to be able to take it out later. On top add the nuts that you like or that you have on hand. Reserve in the refrigerator.

Melt the chocolate, add the reserved peanut butter and mix with the quinoa.

Dip each bar in the chocolate mixture.

And put them in the refrigerator to solidify. Ready!!!!
