Put the beans in a pot with boiling water and a little salt and leave them until tender. Meanwhile in a bowl put half a glass of water and two cloves of garlic chopped and crushed to release more flavor a little salt and pepper. And let stand until the beans are tender. Once they are cooked put a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and put the drained beans and fry them for about 5 minutes, add the water from the bowl with the garlic and let it evaporate completely. Then add the egg and stir everything and finally on the plate add a handful of Serrano ham cubes.
