1°Cocemos the pumpkin with skin, since then it will have to peel and it is easier. Wherever we want, I did it in an express pot. It can be done in microwave etc.. Let it stay steamed. 2°C Cook the macaroni with water (adding salt).

3°Once the pumpkin is softened without skin, add it with a little water, to the food processor/turmixer and/or by hand to mash it so that it becomes a sauce but a little dense, not liquid. 4°Grate the cheese we want, I used a semi-cured cheese, it is better to use a cured cheese so it is stronger (+/- we like it). 5°Once everything is stirred, we add salt and pepper, and we put it to heat so that everything is mixed.

6°We already have all the "sauce/pasta" hot and the macaroni drained (half hot). 7°Pour the macaroni on a plate first and then the sauce, then heat it up again.

Then grate a little more cheese on top. And stir everything. Watch the amount of lentil paste (I overdid it hehe). I highly recommend it (I didn't like pumpkin very much but this way it is very tasty and little by little I will incorporate it). 🥰🥰🥰🥰
