We wash the sea bream, cut it in two slices and remove the bone. If not, we ask for it previously in the fishmonger's shop. 🐟

In an oven tray put olive oil, put the slices of sea bream and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika and move it with the oil.

We cut a lemon into slices, put it on top of the sea bream and with what is left over we pour a little lemon juice over the sea bream (this for those who love lemon like me).

We put it in the oven for 12-15 min, at 200 degrees on both sides and ready! As a side dish I made two quail eggs.
