Cut the fillets into small pieces, seal them in a casserole with a little EVOO and salt. Add the almonds.

While the chicken is sealing, cut an onion, a red bell pepper, a green pepper and a carrot.

Once the chicken has been sealed, remove it and the almonds and sauté the vegetables.

When it is fried add the chicken and the almonds. Add half a glass of soy sauce and let it evaporate.

Fill a glass with chicken broth and two dessert spoons of cornstarch. Stir it well until it has no lumps and add it to the vegetables and chicken. We renew everything until the soy sauce takes consistency.
