First of all we mix all the ingredients. With these quantities I have gotten 10 units in a medium pan, but if you want to make less, you can use half of the ingredients (that is, one egg, half a cup of oat drink and half a cup of oat flour). In my case, I used two eggs (you can remove one yolk and add one more white if you want extra protein), one cup of oat flour (it's high in protein) and one cup of oat drink. I put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat them well until the dough was uniform.

Next, in a frying pan we put a little butter so that the dough does not stick to us, and we heat the pan over medium-low heat. We pour a thin layer of our mixture and when we see that it is done, we turn it over. The key for me is that they are very thin. And that's it!

For the filling, you can use the natural fruits you like the most, such as bananas and strawberries, or add melted 85% chocolate, or, if you like jam, what I do is heat some frozen berries in the pan and soften them; they are slightly acidic but I like them!
