Chicken curry with basmati rice 🍚🍗

Wash the rice well and drain.

In a saucepan put a drizzle of oil. When it is hot add the rice and stir.

Pour two glasses of water, so that you can see a finger of water above the rice. When it starts to boil add salt, cover and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes, stirring until it comes to a boil.

Cut the breasts into cubes and add salt. In a frying pan with a little oil add the cubes and seal them, and set aside later to finish cooking.

In the frying pan, sauté the garlic and onion.

Dilute in a glass a tablespoon of curry with a tablespoon of water and pour into the pan.

Add grated tomato.

Add the coconut milk and mix everything together.

Add the chicken cubes, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Add cilantro to taste.

Serve with rice, and eat!
