Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat until the onion is transparent.

Dice the turkey, spice and salt to taste. Put it in the pot to seal it and set aside.

While the turkey is sealing, cut the vegetables. After removing the turkey to reserve it, add the vegetables.

Add the turkey, white wine, crushed tomato, rice and bay leaf.

Turn the cooker to maximum until steam comes out and then to low heat for 20 minutes 😁.
