PINEAPPLE AND COCONUT ICE CREAM 🍍🥥

We introduce the pineapple (previously cut and frozen) together with the coconut milk in the blender beaker.

We beat until we obtain a cream without lumps.

Fill the molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Take out 3 or 4 times every half hour to stir and prevent crystallization.

Take it out of the freezer 15 minutes before eating it to enjoy a creamier texture and add the toppings you like the most. In this case I have added unsweetened white chocolate, crunchy almonds and pieces of frozen pineapple.
