Meatballs with almond sauce

Put the meatballs (homemade or purchased) in the air fryer 200 degrees 15 minutes.

Cut the 3 garlic, 1 onion and 2 slices of whole wheat bread 0% sugar.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and brown the garlic and bread. Set aside

Add the onion and poach it and then add the garlic and bread again.

Add the almonds and fry everything together until lightly browned.

Add a glass of water and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and turmeric.

After a few minutes we pass all the ingredients through a blender or food processor and blend until the desired consistency is achieved.

Pour back into the sauté pan and add the meatballs or serve separately. As desired

Accompany with whatever you like. In this case it has been with cherry tomatoes, avocado and goat cheese with a little bit of coarse salt.
