Express chickpea stew with cabbage, potato and black pudding 🫠

Chop the garlic, the cabbage and the potatoes in half. Pour oil in the express pot and sauté the garlic, when it is a little browned add the cabbage and sauté it a little. Add the potato and the carrot.

Cover with the liter of broth, turn the heat to high and close the pot. When it starts to steam, lower the heat to medium low (I set it to 4, my maximum is 9) and leave it for 10 minutes.

Let the steam escape and open. Add the chickpeas and set aside.

Now on a plate, cut the blood sausage into slices about 2cm thick and microwave. If we put kitchen paper on top, it will absorb the fat and will not jump. We put it in for 3 minutes at full power.

Remove the blood sausage, strain the broth from the pot and we have our stew!!!!
