📍PIZZA : - We start making the pizza topping . Sauté the block of feta cheese , diced cherrys and basil with a tablespoon of oil . Sauté until everything is well mixed and the cheese is melted.

Let's go with the pizza base: - Melt the mozzarella and mascarpone in the microwave for 30 seconds / 1 minute. Mix well the cheeses with the egg and the flours. Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper and spread it between two pieces of paper. Put the filling in the middle.

- Close the pizza very carefully and seal the edges with the help of a fork. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes 180º.
