Sweet potato and pumpkin puree: Roast the sweet potato and pumpkin in the microwave and then mash them to a puree. Add pepper, paprika, parsley, chives and salt.

White cream: mix Philadelphia cheese, whipped cheese (the original recipe uses Cottage cheese or cottage cheese), milk, grated grana padano, a pinch of salt and nutmeg.

Prepare the pasta sheets according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Place in a baking dish forming the following layers: 1- slabs of pasta 2- pumpkin and sweet potato puree 3- fresh raw spinach (I chopped it a little) 4- white cream Repeat all the previous layers and finally put a final layer of pasta and on it the leftover white cream and cheese to gratin on top (grana padano or any gratin cheese you have at home).

The original recipe only gratinates in the oven. I, as I like my food very hot, put it in heat and broil mode at 185° for about 10 minutes.
