Preparaci贸n de la receta

Put the milk, lemon and orange peel in a saucepan. Heat for about 15 minutes (until it starts to boil). And lower the heat

Once it is boiling, remove the lemon and orange peel. Add the teaspoon of cinnamon and stir for 5 minutes so that it mixes a little with the milk.

Then add the oatmeal (here I put optional to add 10 or 15 tablespoons, depending on how you want more broth or thick) (in my case I added more oatmeal and it was thicker, it is the first time I did it and the next time I will add less because I like it more brothy) and stir (do not stop stirring because it can stick). And leave it like this for about 15 minutes until it starts to boil again.

Once it has boiled, reserve a little (to cool a little) and pour into bowls or containers as desired. And put in the fridge.
