We put water in a pot to boil the pasta.

While the water starts to boil, chop the onion and mushrooms and sauté them in a pan with a pinch of oil and add salt and pepper. When it begins to take color we add a spoonful of fresh cheese and we lower the fire so that it melts. Add nutmeg and oregano.

When the water is boiling add salt and the pasta of your choice and leave it for the time indicated on the package.

Once the pasta is ready, add the drained pasta to the pan with a little of the cooking water to thicken the sauce. And ready to enjoy.
