Burger with goat cheese and potatoes

We start with the potatoes, cut very thin slices, season them (in my case: oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano), place them on a plate and put them in the micro, every two minutes we turn them until they are crispy.

While the potatoes are cooking, caramelize the onion in a frying pan with a little salt and oil, when a couple of minutes have passed add a splash of water so that it does not burn and is cooked, stir frequently until we get the desired caramelized point.

In another pan, we cook the hamburger to the point that we like.

When you have the ingredients cooked, we assemble the burger, we knead the bread in half (in my case is bread super Esclat) we can huntar the bread with tomato, add the arugula, hamburger, goat cheese and onion.

I added salsa deluxe, ( recipe on realfooding's Instagram) for both the burhuer and the potatoes.
