Cut the onion and bell pepper into small pieces and place in a saucepan with a tablespoon of EVOO.

Cut the cuttlefish into pieces and add when the onion and bell pepper are soft.

Add a little salt and 3 tablespoons of crushed tomato. Add the diced potato.

Add a glass and a half of water to cover and let it cook for about 20 minutes (here add a bay leaf, a little salt and thyme).

Add the peas, cook for 5 minutes and let stand for 10 minutes.
