Shrimp and squid paella (or octopus)

Add AOVE and fry the peppers, onion and garlic.

Add shrimp, shrimp, squid or octopus and sauté mixing flavors.

If you have fish or vegetable broth add (I keep frozen in bars when I make extra). If not add water and salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of turmeric.

I add turmeric instead of food coloring... It is up to each one's taste.

Remove 5 minutes before it is completely done and cover with a newspaper and a terry cloth. It will be finished while it rests for 10 minutes.
