Soak the pitted dates for 10 minutes.

Mix the 4 eggs, a splash of oat milk, a cup of oatmeal, the three plates and the date paste in the mixing bowl. We beat the ingredients until it is a homogeneous mass.

Pour 3/4 of the batter into the mold to be used for baking and leave 1/4 unpoured.

We use the 1/4 that we had reserved in the previous step and mix it with the cocoa, beating it until it is uniform.

Pour over the mold the 1/4 of batter with cocoa and mix it with light touches with a spoon. Bake the brownie 18 minutes at 180 degrees.

We melt 85% chocolate to cover once out of the oven.
