Melt the chocolate in the microwave (1-2 min).

Place in the freezer to harden the chocolate for about 30 minutes.

Whisk together half of the yogurt, half of the banana and the almonds, and place on top of the chocolate layer when solid.

Put back in the freezer and wait for it to solidify (about 90min).

Beat the other half of the yogurt and banana together with the strawberries, and place on top of the banana and almond layer, adding dates and shredded coconut on top.

Leave in the freezer for 2-3h
