The trick for this recipe is to cut the potatoes very thin, I have done it with a knife and, for the clumsy that I am, not so bad. As for the amount of oil, I used a big splash and a teaspoon of the rest.

Once you have the potatoes cut, wash them well and drain them. I left them to dry for a long time while I was doing other things, but you can dry them with kitchen paper.

On the other side we mix the rest of the ingredients so that it is like a homogeneous mass. With the garlic what I have done is to leave them in pieces so that the oil takes the flavor (in my case I have made the "sauce" 3h before soaking the potatoes and so it takes better the garlic flavor, but you can do it at the moment).

Mix the potatoes with the oil and spices.

Put baking paper on a plate and place the potatoes dipped in oil on it without touching each other, otherwise they will stick together.

Microwave time! In my case I have seen that with 4-5min they were done well, but you can try what is the best time for yours, the normal is between 3-7min. You will know they are good when you see that they start to get hard, but do not worry if they are not all like that, because they will get hard leaving them a little bit in the air. And enjoy!
