Chop all the vegetables...

Pour a splash of oil in the pan or pot where we will sauté the vegetables.... (in order not to get dry without oil I use the lid so that the steam helps the cooking and if I see it right I put a little water to evaporate, so the amount of oil I use is minimal). First we put the onion with the hot oil, then the carrot and mushrooms, cover for 5,7 min and add the zucchini.... Cover and stir without forgetting to add salt 😉. When we see that the vegetables are ready, we add the chicken, as it is already cooked, we simply stir it so that it takes the flavors of the vegetables and we reserve the pot or pan with the lid on, while we make the gnocchi...

When I added the zucchini and others in the other pot.... I put one with water and salt to boil to make the gnocchi, it is very simple and explains it perfectly on the package 😊.

In this step and with the gnocchi ready we add them, after draining the water, to the sautéed vegetables (I keep the heat in the vitro of the vegetables so that they do not lose temperature). After raising the temperature of the vitro a little bit and stirring for a few minutes to mix everything well, the final step is ready.
